- Date changes must be made more than 48 hours in advance of your tour. You can then reschedule once at no additional cost or fees.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are considered no-shows and are not refundable. However, tickets are fully transferable to another party; just provide them the first and last name on your booking, and they may attend in your place. Same WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT APPLIES. If you must cancel, as a courtesy we will try to reschedule at OUR convenience.
Both tours meet near downtown historic St. Augustine. After your reservation is made, you will receive a confirmation message with maps and exact address of our meeting location.
All guests have to be 21+ years of age to attend the Ale Trail. Children can most certainly join the Not Just a Chocolate Tour!.
Valid US ID or passport (for international guests) for the Ale Trail Tour, as we will be checking them before the tour. You do not need any printed tickets. Otherwise, wear comfortable walking shoes and bring your enthusiasm for history!
Yes, all of our stops on both tours are handicap accessible. If you have a wheelchair, please note that some of the streets we will be traveling on are cobblestone.
Yes! We have a guide that is a certified American Sign Language interpreter. If you have any questions or concerns about our deaf-friendly tours, please contact us for more information.
If you don’t like beer but still want to join the tour with your friends or family, we will have a wine and/or cider option at each of our beer stops. They will be a single drink and not flights, but you will be able to imbibe with the rest of us!
We can only accommodate vegetarian diets on the Ale Trail and nut free options on the Not Just a Chocolate Tour. We cannot accommodate vegan, kosher, dairy allergies, sugar free or gluten-free restrictions.
Bartender/server gratuities are already included in the tour price. While it’s never expected, if you enjoyed your tour and want to give a tip to your tour guide, please do! Most guidebooks and American Express suggest 20% of the full tour price. There is even an option to tip your guide while booking a tour.
